Be sure that you have a designated site before we arrive to install your metal building. The designated site needs to be clear of any debris or vegetation, level if possible, and accessible to our crew. If you are not having the building installed on concrete, we can still erect the building on your property as long as it is level. You are also responsible for calling 811 underground before digging and obtaining any required permits. Please keep in mind that trees, houses, fences, outdoor buildings, and other obstacles within three feet of the site as it can cause setbacks with installation. Lastly, please make sure there are no power lines near the designated site as it is also illegal to install buildings under overhead powerlines.
