Role: Sales and Design Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through inbound calls and direct interactions at our retail locations, leveraging the strong lead generation from our marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product range—including outdoor storage solutions, garages, workshops, and barns—to effectively match customers with the ideal solutions for their needs, using a consultative sales approach.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate product benefits and drive sales.
  • Display a strong desire to excel and maximize earnings, with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.

Skill Requirements:

  • Professional demeanor, articulate communication, quick learning ability, and competent multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in telephone communication, with persuasive skills and comfort in closing sales.
  • Ability to engage positively with the customers, showcasing a positive and upbeat demeanor.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a natural sales inclination. Previous sales experience is beneficial.

Compensation Structure: The role begins with an initial guaranteed draw for the first few months, transitioning to a combined draw and commission arrangement thereafter. We aim for our team members to achieve earnings between $95,000 to $150,000+ annually.

Training and Expectations: Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills for success. Post-training, the compensation model is designed to support significant earnings potential, with current Sales and Design Consultants achieving $8,000 to $12,000 monthly after 60 days on the job.

Pre-Employment Requirements: Candidates must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
