At the time of install our installation team must be able to drive a truck carrying a trailer within 50 feet of the site. Our crews often are loaded with heavy materials for several jobs for several customers at a time and additional labor charges may apply if we are unable to pull close enough to the site. Access to your site must be dry enough for us to drive on and not get stuck. We are not liable for getting stuck as we are going off your word that it is dry enough to drive on. Any additional costs for a wrecker would be at the cost and responsibility of our customers. To avoid any charges and for a safer, smoother process its always better to side on the air of caution.
